The Grievance Redressal Cell aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievances regarding any academic and non-academic matters within the campus through the online and grievance /suggestion box. The institution aims at solving the grievances within a stipulated time frame.

OBJECTIVES

The Grievance Redressal Cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the stents and other stakeholders which in the long run will strengthen the bond of the students with the college.

COMPOSITION OF THE GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL

 

MECHANISM OF THE GRC

  • Grievance Redressal Cell shall consider only individual grievances of specific nature of students and staff
  • The GRC shall not consider any grievance of general applicability or of collective nature or raised collectively by more than one student or employee.
  • After receipt of the complaint the committee will decide on the merit of case regarding scope of further discussion, investigation and action.
  • The GRC may mediate between complainant and defendant against who the complaint has been made, if required.
  • The Cell will give report to the authority and seek guidance for redressal when required.

 

SCOPE

The students may lodge grievance about any academic and non -academic matters related to-

  • Timely issue of duplicate mark sheets, transfer certificates, examination and scholarship related matters.
  • Library related issues.
  • Issues about sanitation, canteen.
  • Issues with teachers
  • Issues with other peers related to sexual harassment or abuse or gender discrimination.
  • Any other admissible grievance.
